I initially spoke with Dan, who's advised me to opt for a level 2 Home Buyer report. Dan was very warm and reassuring and put me at ease. The survey was carried out by Jason, very quickly and a full report was sent to me via email and then post, when requested. I later spoke with Jason, to go over the survey. Jason was superb and again, put me at ease. I was concerned about issues my solicitor had flagged up, but after speaking with Jason I felt totally reassured and positive. Thank you both, massively.
